Before you start

• Eligible returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Personalised, engraved, made-to-order and pierced jewellery may not be eligible unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
• For damaged, defective or wrong-item claims, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a complete, unedited unboxing video and clear photos where applicable.
• Please do not send any item back before support confirms the correct process.
