These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blinglane.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Blinglane Inc.", "Blinglane", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Blinglane Inc.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this Site or place an order. By using blinglane.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Your Account

You may shop on blinglane.com as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at care@blinglane.com of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms.

Product Information and Brand Claims

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from screen to screen and between devices. Each Blinglane piece is finished by skilled artisans, and small natural variations are part of what makes every piece individual.

Substantiated claims: Where we describe products as hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, or water-resistant for everyday wear, these descriptions are based on supplier certifications and independent material testing held on file. Skin reactions are individual; if you have known metal sensitivities, please consult a dermatologist before wearing.

What we do not claim: Our current range is fashion, gold-plated, and silver jewellery. We do not sell BIS-hallmarked gold under the blinglane.com store at this time. Any future hallmarked products will be clearly identified as such on the product page with the relevant certification details.

Pricing, Payments and Taxes

  • All prices on blinglane.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes for India delivery.
  • For India orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — the price you see is the final price. No taxes, duties, or hidden fees will be added at delivery.
  • For International orders, see our Shipping Policy regarding Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) customs handling.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator – Cross Border, under the RBI PA-CB framework. We do not store full payment card details.
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets supported by Razorpay at checkout.

Pricing errors

If a product on blinglane.com is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error, typo, or pricing-feed glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s) and issue a full refund to the customer. We will notify you by email if your order is affected. We will never charge you more than the price displayed at checkout without your explicit consent.

Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse

Your order on blinglane.com is an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline at our reasonable discretion. An order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised transactions
  • Bulk purchases evidently intended for resale outside our authorised channels
  • Repeated abuse of our Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Inability to verify identity, shipping address, or payment method
  • Stock unavailability or supply-chain disruption
  • Pricing errors (see above)
  • Restrictions on shipping to particular destinations

Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full order value to your original payment method within our standard refund timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on blinglane.com — including but not limited to product designs, photographs, illustrations, copy, logos, branding, the "Blinglane" name, packaging design, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the exclusive intellectual property of Blinglane Inc. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws in Canada, India, and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on blinglane.com without our prior written consent, except where strictly permitted by law.

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, social-media posts tagged @blinglane, or any other content related to our products ("User Content"), you grant Blinglane Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content across our marketing and communication channels — including our website, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and printed marketing materials — with credit to your handle where practical.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to use any User Content at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems we operate
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site
  • Post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Use the Blinglane name, logo, or branding in any misleading or unauthorised way
  • Resell our products through unauthorised channels, marketplaces, or grey-market routes

Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account and, where appropriate, civil or criminal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blinglane Inc.'s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order, the Site, or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the order(s) giving rise to the claim.

In no event will Blinglane Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of reputation, arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross misconduct.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blinglane Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Site or our products
  • Any User Content you submit
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right

Force Majeure

Blinglane Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemic, government action, customs delays, courier strikes, power or internet outages, or supplier failures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

The courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase from blinglane.com, subject only to your statutory right as an Indian consumer, where applicable, to also approach the consumer dispute redressal forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email and via a clear notice on blinglane.com at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blinglane Inc. regarding your use of the Site and your purchase of our products, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
