At Blinglane, every piece is hand-finished, packed with care, and dispatched from our Toronto studio directly to your door — wherever you are in India or one of our select international markets. This policy sets out exactly how, when, and at what cost we ship.

Where We Ship From

Every Blinglane piece is crafted, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Toronto studio in Canada. Your order is delivered to your door in India (or your selected international destination) via our trusted carrier network — with all India customs duties and taxes prepaid by us, so there are zero surprises on delivery.

Processing Time

We process and dispatch every order within 1–2 business days of order placement. There is no daily cut-off — dispatch happens daily, Monday to Friday.

For Made-to-Order pieces (clearly labelled on the product page), please allow an additional 7–10 business days for crafting before standard shipping commences.

Where We Deliver

  • India: All serviceable PIN codes across the country.
  • International (select Tier-1 countries): United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Singapore, and select European Union countries. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Timelines

All windows below are counted from order dispatch (not order placement) and reflect standard cross-border delivery, including customs clearance.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden fees.
  • International: A flat shipping fee of ₹1,999 is charged at checkout per order.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

India orders: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price — all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are prepaid by Blinglane Inc. You will never be asked to pay any additional amount on delivery.

International orders (USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore, EU and other Tier-1 destinations): Shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, GST/VAT, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the carrier or your local customs authority on or before delivery. Please familiarise yourself with your country's import rules before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • Email (to the address on your order)
  • SMS (to your registered mobile number)
  • WhatsApp message (where opted-in)
  • Your Blinglane account on blinglane.com

Tracking updates are pulled directly from our courier partners. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

Our Carrier Network

  • Cross-border transport (Canada → India): DTDC International, DHL
  • India last-mile delivery: Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom-Express
  • International deliveries: DHL and partner networks per destination

We route every order through the carrier best suited to your destination for the fastest reliable delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been handed over to the courier and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy after delivery.

Address Changes

You may request changes to your shipping address until the moment your order is dispatched (typically within 1–2 business days of order placement). Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Undeliverable Orders (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts to your registered address. If the order remains undeliverable after both attempts due to the customer being unreachable, refusing the delivery, or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).

In all RTO cases, we refund the full order value to you and absorb all shipping and customs costs ourselves. No deductions, no penalties.

Lost in Transit

If a courier officially declares your shipment lost in transit, we will — at your choice — either reship a replacement at no additional cost or refund the full order value. Resolution begins from the date of the carrier's official lost-package declaration.

Damaged or Wrong Item on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with a complete, unedited unboxing video as proof. Email care@blinglane.com or WhatsApp +1-425-464-5263.

On verification, you may choose either a free replacement at our cost or a full refund. The unboxing-video requirement is industry standard for high-value jewellery and protects both you and us against transit fraud.

Multi-Item Orders & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may dispatch them in separate shipments as each piece becomes ready, ensuring no item waits unnecessarily. You will receive an individual tracking link for each shipment. There is no additional cost for split shipments.

Made-to-Order Items

Pieces labelled "Made to Order" on the product page are crafted specifically for you and require an additional 7–10 business days before standard shipping commences. The total estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and again at checkout, so you know exactly what to expect.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We accept deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses (primarily relevant for our US and UK customers). Please allow longer delivery windows for these destinations, as carrier transit times can vary.

Dispatch Schedule

  • Dispatch days: Monday to Friday
  • Non-dispatch days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian public holidays observed at our Toronto studio
  • Orders placed on non-dispatch days will be processed on the next business day
