Returns & Exchanges
Within 15 days of Delivery date, Returns & Exchanges are accepted nationwide, only if the product received is not used, damaged and with its original tag intact. We will accept the returns & exchanges in case the product delivered is damaged in transit or not as described on our website.
Note: We do Not accept Returns on Customised Products except if the product is damaged or not as described in your order.

Returns & Exchanges
You need to enter the order number and email id to pull out your order details and just click Request Return button to create a return or exchange order request.Then you will get a Return Receipt alongwith RTO Address of our warehouse, which you can then print it and paste it on the return package.
We will then schedule a pickup to pick your package from our logistic partner ourself. You don't have to send a courier.
Return statuses can be tracked through my account after logging in as well.
NOTE:- We do not accept International Returns & Exchanges right now unless the product delivered is damaged in transit or received not as described on our website. If the international customer has received a damaged product or not as described we will refund the whole order amount to their PayPal account.
Return shipping should be borne by the buyer if the buyer changes his mind after the product has been shipped out of our warehouse, in case of normal returns or if the product is delivered Damaged in transit or not as described then the seller will bear return shipping charges.
We do not offer return, refund or exchange policy due to "change of mind" for all the orders due to hygienic issue. But you can change or cancel your order if your order is still in pending status and not yet shipped out from our warehouse. Once orders shipped, considered sold.
All items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable UNLESS in the event of a manufacturing defects and incorrect goods received. An exchange order will be created to replace the item.
Defected unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery date. Please note that items received after 15 days of delivery date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date order is received by you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
No credit card or cash refund for all orders. Goods/products can be exchanged for an equivalent or top-up for a higher value item or replace with our store credit for your future shopping.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- After receiving the return package, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days and issue a full refund within 15 business days or in case of exchange request we will issue credits of the same in 1 business day to place another order as an exchange.
One-time item price adjustments will be honoured if we are notified within 15 days of order shipment date. Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
