Shipping summary

• Orders are dispatched from our Toronto studio in 1–2 business days.
• India Metro delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
• India Tier-2, Tier-3 and remote PIN codes: 10–14 business days after dispatch.
• India shipping is free, with duties and import charges prepaid by Blinglane Inc. where applicable.
• Select international destinations are supported at checkout with separate international customs handling.

Returns & exchanges summary

• Eligible India orders may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
• Free reverse pickup is arranged by Blinglane for eligible India returns.
• Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case and customer choice.
• Personalised, engraved, made-to-order and pierced jewellery may be excluded unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Damaged, defective or wrong-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with required proof.
